Jason Lavender

Jason is a managing partner of ID Theft Solutions of America and one of the two original founders of the former
Texas Benefits Group prior to the merge with IDTSOA. Jason is recognized nationally as one of the leading experts
on corporate and individual identity theft. He has been featured in several publications, news articles, and conventions
as a keynote speaker on the topic of risk management and identity theft. He has been certified by the Institute of
Fraud Risk Management as a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist (CITRMS) as well as a recognized
Society of Human Resource Manager’s trainer (SHRM). He has worked along side many law enforcement agencies
as well as The United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). His college education includes
Baylor University, University of Texas, and Texas A&M. With more than 12 years of Insurance & Finance experience,
Jason has helped educate and train more than 50,000 businesses and employees about the risks associated with

Kevin Putnam
Managing Partner

Kevin is a managing partner of ID Theft Solutions of America and one of the two original founders of the former
Texas Benefits Group prior to the merge with IDTSOA.  Kevin’s expertise in recruiting and training has had a great
impact in the expansion of our National Marketing Team. He has been certified by the Institute of Fraud and Risk
Management as a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist (CITRMS). Prior military background with the
United States Marine Corps and an education from St. Edwards University has assisted in making him a great asset

Lynn Duncan
Managing Partner

Lynn is a Managing Partner with ID Theft Solutions of America. She is a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management
Specialist with The Institute of Fraud Risk Management and the Institute of Consumer Financial Education and ranks
among select professionals nationwide who have earned the CITRMS certification. She is dedicated to educating and
assisting clients, customers, businesses, schools and the general public in combating the epidemic of Identity Theft
and related fraud.  In addition Lynn is an accomplished speaker for many businesses, schools and associations
throughout the country and is a recognized expert in FACTA (Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act), HIPAA
Security Rule and Gramm-Leach-Bliley, the Safeguards Rule.  She is among the nations leaders in identity theft
education, protection, prevention and risk management. Lynn is a graduate of the University of Minnesota.  Lynn

James W. “Jim” McKinney
Managing Partner

Jim is a managing partner with ID Theft Solutions of America and a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management
Specialist (CITRMS) recognized by The Institute of Fraud Risk Management. With over fifteen years experience as
a business owner and over five years of experience in the Insurance Industry, Jim brings a unique understanding of
the needs of today’s business owners in regards to protection from identity theft and the proactive measures to be
taken. As a public speaker to business groups, service clubs, and associations, Jim helps to educate groups on their
liabilities associated with identity theft as well as provide awareness training for businesses and employees. He is
considered an expert in identity theft prevention, protection and risk management. A native Texan, Jim is a graduate

Carl Worley
Regional Vice President

Carl is a Regional Vice President with ID Theft Solutions of American and is a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist with the Institute of Fraud Risk Management and ranks among select professional nationwide who have earned the CITRMS certification. For eighteen years, Carl as a Regional Vice President with A.L. Williams/Primerica Financial Services specialized in recruiting and group leadership. He is known for his dynamic public speaking and motivational training. He was a registered Principal in Securities Series 6, 63, and 26 and held a Life and Health Insurance License. Carl has been a University Instructor, elected County official, United States Army Officer, and business owner.
