Lynn Duncan

Managing Partner
Lynn is a Managing Partner with ID Theft Solutions of America.  In 2007 Lynn extended our offices to the Tennessee and Mississippi area. She is a Certified Identity Theft Risk Management Specialist with The Institute of Fraud Risk Management and the Institute of Consumer Financial Education and ranks among select professionals nationwide who have earned the CITRMS certification. She is dedicated to educating and assisting clients, customers, businesses, schools and the general public in combating the epidemic of Identity Theft and related fraud.  In addition Lynn is an accomplished speaker for many businesses, schools and associations throughout the country and is a recognized expert in FACTA (Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act) Security Rule, FACT ACT Red Flag Rule, and Gramm-Leach-Bliley, the Safeguards Rule.  She is among the nations leaders in identity theft education, protection, prevention and risk management. She is an active member of her community, serving on the 2008 Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association’s Art for Heart, 2009 American Heart Association’s Black Tie and Blue Jeans and serving as the 2009 chair for the DeSoto Heart Walk.  Lynn is will also be serving as incoming VP of Business Builders of DeSoto County in 2010.
